The Zero Emission Transportation Association (ZETA) is a coalition of companies and organizations advocating for the adoption of electric vehicles and the expansion of supporting infrastructure in the United States. Its mission is to achieve 100 percent electric vehicle sales in the light-, medium-, and heavy-duty sectors and to promote policies that accelerate the transition to zero-emission transportation.
ZETA supports federal and state policies that promote electric vehicle adoption, including consumer incentives, domestic battery manufacturing, charging infrastructure investment, supply chain development, workforce training, and clean energy standards aimed at reducing transportation sector emissions.
Primarily funded through membership dues from participating companies in the electric vehicle, battery, charging infrastructure, and clean energy sectors.
Member companies have included major automakers, electric vehicle manufacturers, battery producers, charging network operators, and energy companies such as Tesla, Rivian, Uber, Panasonic, and ABB.
