2025: Unwrapping Real Wins for Voters 🗳️

With your incredible support, 2025 was filled with some exciting progress worth celebrating:

• Nationwide Access—We worked with our partners at Voatz to verify registered voters against the voter file in all 50 States. This allows all Americans to use real election software to weigh in on Congressional bills and to let our legislators know how we want them to vote. Voatz also rolled out a web app that has received high praise from voters who prefer to vote on bigger screens.
• Federal Scorecards—We unveiled new bill scorecards for Congressional legislation, so that voters could match what the people wanted versus how their representatives voted. Click the links below for details.

• Growing the Movement—23,524 voters from 35 states joined in—showing a real desire to build a more modern, transparent, and accountable form of government.
• VoteBot Arrived—Our chatbot got a serious upgrade, introducing an AI research assistant that fields your detailed legislative questions by reading the bill and scouring our databases to produce insightful answers.
• Merger with Rank My Vote Florida—When RCV was banned in Florida, we agreed to merge our organizations under the Digital Democracy Project umbrella and use some innovative techniques to keep the RCV movement going. Once Marco Rubio’s Senate seat opened, we tested a first-of-its-kind Digital Convention—putting real choices in the hands of everyday people by combining mobile voting with Ranked Choice Voting.
• Serious Support—Dozens of legislators and candidates have endorsed our project from all political parties, promising to use this groundbreaking technology to hear from voters in their districts and be held accountable for the results.
• Open Conversations—You joined us for 15 town halls to discuss legislation in detail and carefully consider how you want to vote.

What’s Next for 2026: Virginia and Washington!

Looking to the New Year, we have big news to share:

• Launching in Virginia and Washington—Voters in these states will be able to weigh in on key legislation and track every vote from State legislators in the upcoming January sessions.
• Even More Accountability—Just in time for the 2026 elections, we’re rolling out Federal scorecards for Members of Congress. We'll also be producing State legislator scorecards for Florida, Virginia, and Washington. Now, every constituent can see how their representatives measure up—before it’s time to cast your November ballot.
