The Recognizing Judea and Samaria Act establishes that the areas known as Judea and Samaria, annexed by Israel from Jordan in the 1967 Six-Day War, should not be referred to as the 'West Bank' in official Florida government materials. It prohibits state agencies from using this term and restricts funding for materials that do. Exceptions can be made with proper justification. The act is effective starting July 1, 2026.
