The Alabama Broadcasters Association is the statewide trade association for radio and television broadcasters in Alabama. It describes itself as the official voice of the broadcasting industry in the state and works to protect, enhance, and promote broadcasting and the professional interests of its members.
Broadcasting, FCC and regulatory compliance, media and communications policy, emergency alerting and public safety communications, technical standards, political broadcasting, and industry workforce and education issues.
Primarily supported by member dues, sponsorships, event revenue, and donations to its educational foundation.
