Bond Community Health Center, Inc. (Bond CHC) is a 501(c)(3) federally qualified health center based in Tallahassee, Florida that has provided primary, preventive, dental, specialty and community wellness services for decades. Its mission is to expand access to high-quality, patient-centered care for low-income, uninsured and underserved residents across several North Florida counties through clinic sites, a mobile unit and supportive services.
