Primarily funded through federal health center grants and program payments (Health Resources and Services Administration/FQHC funding and Ryan White/HIV program funds), Medicaid and other third‑party reimbursements, state and local grants, patient fees on a sliding scale, and private philanthropy.
Partners and funders commonly include the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Ryan White program grantees, local county health departments and community organizations; local leadership has included executives such as Dr. Temple O. Robinson (CEO) and other regional health partners.
