The Consumer Choice Center (CCC) is an independent, non‑partisan consumer advocacy organization founded in 2017 that promotes individual choice, innovation and market-based solutions. CCC advocates for fewer regulatory barriers and greater consumer freedom across technology, mobility, lifestyle and health policy, and engages policymakers and the public through research, media, grassroots campaigning and policy outreach from offices active in Washington, D.C., Brussels and other jurisdictions.
Pursues deregulation and consumer‑choice policies in digital and privacy law, mobility and the sharing economy, lifestyle and consumer goods (including cannabis and nicotine/vaping issues), health and science policy, free trade and pro‑innovation intellectual property and technology‑neutral regulation.
Primarily funded by private donations: individual members, foundations and corporate supporters; CCC also solicits paid memberships and corporate partnerships and has received support from a range of industries including technology, energy, consumer goods, healthcare, finance and nicotine‑related firms.
