Earthjustice Action is the 501(c)(4) advocacy partner of Earthjustice focused on grassroots mobilization, lobbying, and electoral strategies to defend and strengthen environmental laws, advance clean energy and climate policy, protect public lands and wildlife, and elevate environmental justice and the role of the courts in environmental protection.
Federal and state environmental protections and regulations; clean energy and climate policy; environmental justice and public health; preservation of public lands and waters; permitting reform and oversight; defending regulatory standards and judicial independence; grassroots and electoral advocacy related to environmental issues.
Primarily funded by individual donations and fundraising, philanthropic grants and major donors, and other nonprofit fundraising revenue (donations to the 501(c)(4) are not tax-deductible).
