Food & Water Watch is a national nonprofit advocacy organization founded in 2005 that works to ensure access to safe food and clean water. The organization campaigns for strong environmental protections, public control of water systems, sustainable agriculture, and a transition away from fossil fuels toward renewable energy.
Food safety regulation, opposition to factory farming, protection of public water systems from privatization, environmental protection, climate and energy policy including opposition to fracking and fossil fuel infrastructure, and promotion of renewable energy and sustainable agriculture
