About the Organization

The GEO Group is a U.S.-based private corrections company that designs, builds, and operates privatized prisons, immigration detention centers, mental-health and substance-abuse treatment facilities, electronic monitoring programs, and community reentry services under contract to federal, state, local and international governments.
