The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) is a large North American labor union representing workers in manufacturing, aerospace, transportation, defense, and related industries. Its mission is to organize workers, bargain collectively, and advocate for workplace rights, wages, benefits, and job security.
Collective bargaining, labor rights, wages and benefits, workplace safety, retirement security, job training, manufacturing and aerospace industrial policy, transportation policy, and pro-worker economic legislation.
Primarily funded by member dues and related union fees.
