The International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) is a labor union representing operating engineers and other heavy equipment operators in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, utilities, and public service sectors across the United States and Canada. The union advocates for fair wages, workplace safety, job training, and strong labor standards for its members.
