Lupus and Allied Diseases Association, Inc. (LADA) is a national, all-volunteer patient advocacy organization that provides education, support, outreach, and advocacy for people affected by lupus and allied diseases. Its mission is to improve quality of life through awareness, research initiatives, patient empowerment, and efforts to advance better care, diagnostics, treatments, and cures.
Health care access, patient advocacy, biomedical research funding, treatment access, chronic disease education, patient-centered care, public health awareness, and state and federal health policy affecting people with lupus and related autoimmune diseases.
