About the Organization

The National Network for Arab American Communities (NNAAC) is a national nonprofit coalition that supports and strengthens Arab American community-based organizations. NNAAC focuses on leadership development, capacity building, civic engagement, and policy advocacy to advance civil rights, immigrant integration, public health, education, and economic opportunity for Arab American communities across the United States.

Policy Goals

Civil rights and anti-discrimination, immigrant and refugee policy, voter engagement and civic participation, public health and education equity, economic opportunity and workforce development, and community-based social services and capacity building

Funding

Primarily foundation grants and philanthropic contributions, supplemented by individual donations, membership dues, and project-specific public or private grants

Affiliates

Partners and collaborators include local Arab American community organizations and regional immigrant-serving agencies, as well as national civil-rights and advocacy groups (for example: Arab American Institute, ACCESS, Arab American Association of New York) and community leaders and grassroots organizers
