The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) is a U.S. trade association representing ready-mixed concrete producers and allied suppliers. The organization advances the quality, safety, and use of ready-mixed concrete through advocacy, industry standards, technical research, education, workforce development, and sustainability initiatives.
Advocacy for federal, state, and local infrastructure and transportation funding; public procurement and Buy America/domestic materials policies; building codes and materials standards; environmental and air emissions regulations affecting cement and concrete (including low‑carbon and sustainability initiatives); workplace safety and training requirements; permitting and construction regulatory issues; tax and financing incentives for construction and manufacturing.
Primarily funded by membership dues from ready-mixed concrete producers and supplier companies, plus revenue from conferences and events, training and certification programs, sponsorships, and technical publications.
