The North Carolina Association of Broadcasters is a statewide trade association representing radio and television broadcasters in North Carolina. Its mission is to promote cooperation among members, advance the interests of the broadcasting industry, provide education and legal assistance, and support public-service uses of broadcasting.
Broadcast regulation, media and telecommunications policy, spectrum and FCC issues, advertising and station operations, public-service broadcasting, and industry legal/compliance matters.
Primarily funded by member dues, sponsorships, event revenue, and association program fees.
Member radio and television stations across North Carolina; Board of Directors drawn from broadcasters statewide; affiliated with the national broadcasting industry through the National Association of Broadcasters.
