About the Organization

Ranked Choice Virginia is a non‑partisan, non‑profit advocacy project based in Charlottesville that works to advance adoption and implementation of ranked‑choice voting across Virginia through education, local organizing, and technical support to election officials and communities.

Policy Goals

Electoral reform and voting access policies, including adoption of ranked‑choice voting for local elections, election administration and ballot design improvements, voter education, and civic engagement initiatives.

Funding

Primarily funded by philanthropic grants and foundation support, with organizational support from its parent nonprofit Virginia Organizing and local community foundations.
