Third Act NYC is the New York City working group of Third Act, a movement of Americans age 60 and older who organize around climate action and democracy. It mobilizes older adults to educate, advocate, and take public action on issues affecting the climate and democratic institutions.
Climate and energy policy, democracy and voting rights, electoral accountability, and broader progressive civic engagement focused on fossil fuel reduction and environmental justice.
Primarily supported by foundations and individual donations from members and supporters, including recurring gifts from elder activists.
