A Vermont trade association that represents and advocates for the state’s free, over-the-air radio and television broadcasters. Its mission is to support, protect, and promote local broadcasting, provide member services, and help stations serve Vermont communities.
Broadcasting regulation, media ownership rules, advertising and tax policy affecting broadcasters, public affairs and emergency communications, workforce development, and FCC/state legislative advocacy for local radio and television stations.
Primarily member dues and revenue from sponsorships, programs, and services such as public education advertising partnerships.
