The Virginia Board for People with Disabilities is a state-appointed advisory board that works to promote the rights, inclusion, and full participation of individuals with developmental disabilities in Virginia. The Board advises the Governor and General Assembly on disability policy, supports systemic change initiatives, and partners with communities to advance self-determination, independence, and equal opportunity.
