The Washington State Association of Broadcasters (WSAB) is a member-supported trade association for radio and television broadcasters in Washington state. It advocates on behalf of broadcasters on issues affecting station operations, public records access, advertising, and journalism-related policy.
Broadcasting industry regulation, public records and journalist access, advertising policy, FCC/compliance issues, media and communications legislation, and policies affecting radio and television station operations.
Primarily funded by member dues and association-generated revenue, including sponsorships and public education program activities.
Member radio and television stations across Washington; associated with the National Association of Broadcasters and works with other media-industry groups. Current president and CEO: Jim Rose.
